Luckily my wife and I booked this Resort for 3 nights in the beautiful region of Sidemen. The personal of the Sawah Indah was extraordinary helpful and courteous. We had a bungalow that was located a little hidden on the property with an open bathroom (partial open roof) and a nice sitting area at the entrance of the bungalow. The breakfast had two options, Balinese or Western type – where we always chose the Balinese breakfast of course. It was also possible to get it as a vegetarian version. The restaurant of the Sawah Idah was also very good for dinner, still, alternative Warungs and other restaurants are available within minutes by foot. A comfortable bed for the night guaranteed a recharge after exciting day trips around this magnificent region of north-east Bali. Unfortunately, we haven’t had the opportunity to go in the swimming pool, but it looked fantastic in the scenery of the beautiful garden and surrounding rice fields.

The room was very comfortable and had a lovely feel to it. There are beautiful mountain views from your bed, which was great. The host was exceptionally friendly, spoke good English and ensured I had everything I needed. He recommended a lovely place for dinner nearby, organised a local scooter tour and arranged a taxi to my next destination. He was contactable by Whatsapp and always replied quickly. Sideman is fairly rural, but from this property there are several lovely restaurants and a few local shops. I also had a great massage while staying here, one of the best I had during my trip!

Staying at Nivriti Bali was an absolutely fantastic experience! The place is stunning, surrounded by beautiful nature, and offers a truly peaceful atmosphere. Tucked away in an idyllic and peaceful corner of Sidemen, Bali, is Babakan. The beating heart of this accommodation is Gede and his wonderful family. Very responsive and helpful from our very first communication, Gede left no stone unturned to ensure we have a 10/10 experience. Right from greeting us with his ever smiling face from the airport, to driving us to Sidemen to sharing sight seeing tips that match with my philosophy of travel, Gede went above and beyond. The house is spotlessly clean, as it is maintained by Gede's family with all basic amenities like air conditioning, wardrobe, toiletries etc. We were initially scared thinking there could be mosquitoes as we are in the middle of the rice fields but we're pleasantly surprised to see none. Waking up to the wonderful view of the Agung mountain, starting the day with yummy fried noodles and simply admiring the greenery that Sidemen has to offer - we stayed here for 2 nights and the place absolutely exceeded my expectations. One simply has to experience the hospitality here, to want to keep coming back every time. Team Babakan also are super helpful in terms of arranging transport and offering recommendations wherever needed.

Awesome location, good breakfast, nice owners. Free water refill, room with garden view has big windows to enjoy the view of the hills and forest. We had a peaceful and relaxing time!

We stayed in Di Ume Suite. The room and bathroom was very comfortable and big. Bathroom was enormous. The views from the balcony and overall from the hotel were breathtaking. The staff was very kind and attentive, first class. Especially the restaurant staff, all of them really, but I would like to name Desi, Santa and Ayu who took also special care of our younger daughter as one of their family. We are looking forward to return one day.

Everything was perfect. Villa was gorgeous, clean and cosy with bathroom that is has semi-outside shower which was the highlight for us. Pool area and garden were well kept and peaceful, we loved spending our afternoons there. Special shoutout to the staff who where very kind, helpful and easy to communicate with. The food they served was on another level, local and delicious. We would highly recommened this place to everyone!

Cepik Villa is located in a quiet Sidemen Village, surrounded by the beautiful landscapes of the mountains, rice fields and gardens.

Cepik Villa is a really nice option with all the space and comfort one can ask for in Sidemen. Not the most upscale option but works really well for my wife and I, will recommend.
