Very nice hotel with great amenities and very nice facilities. My flight was cancelled after I arrived to the airport and they sent their driver back to pick me up and allowed me to check back in easily, which was a life saver. They made a horrible scenario completely okay again.

Great price for an at the airport hotel. It is in the domestic terminal but they had a free shuttle to Terminal 2. Good bed, shower and AC. Small and compact.

The room is clean, comfortable and spacious. The lobby is spacious, plenty seats while waiting gorgeous check in. Hotel stuff is friendly, they help to pack the breakfast while we were at a rush for a daily trip.

Manager Samsul was very nice person. Alex helped me to bringing down my luggage, nice of him. Ms Elsa, Ms Mila, Shanaz & Tyas helped me to order Grab for me. They know, this was my first time, they were checking on me on WhatsApp that how I am , where. Make sure I am safe. Tyas surprised me when she sent a WhatsApp message for safety.
