The dining experience was exceptional—Magnolia and the Club Lounge both offered incredible food that exceeded our expectations. A special thanks to Tiwi and Mila from the Club Lounge for their outstanding hospitality. Their attention to detail and genuine care made us feel truly valued. Additionally, chefs Haris and Nasrulloh went above and beyond by preparing exclusive meals for us that weren’t even on the menu. Their culinary expertise and personalized service were unforgettable. Check-in was smooth and available 24 hours, which was helpful since I checked out early in the morning. The room was nice, clean, and neat, with great views. The hotel offers plenty of activities and facilities, though I didn’t get the chance to use them. Definitely recommend!

    Great location, nice hotel. Big food court for breakfast and dinner. Also coffee and juice bar and a supermarket on the lowest floor next to parking lot. Staff was very nice, we got a free upgrade to a room with windows so we could enjoy the view over the city. Rooms spacious and clean. Also, try the spa. The pitjit (massage) was amazing.

    i can almost imagine myself in a resort somewhere. the pool was good, followed by a nice massage at the spa. breakfast was good, and the hotel was interesting to explore. across the road was the tunjungan plaza, which has all the things you want from local to standard chain shops.

    This was our bit of luxury as we travelled through Java, and it didn't disappoint! The hotel is beautiful, with atmospheric colonnades and gardens, and the rooms are large and beautifully appointed. We were practically the only guests at breakfast both days - the buffet selection was immense and interesting, and the waiting staff member (Rafi) was very friendly and professional. The chef also came out to greet us on the second day, which was much appreciated. The pool area was very nice and my daughter enjoyed her massage.
