Very near to the airport. Good for transit. Karaoke was a very good deal, spacious and comfortable. The hotel rooms are very big and clean. Breakfast was worth and staffs are super friendly, approachable and excellent services. Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! All the staff were great, but the one who truly stood out was Amelia at the reception. She was incredibly kind and welcoming,her unique, warm smile made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Amelia is definitely a great asset to the hotel and was very accommodating throughout our stay.The hotel itself is conveniently located right next to the airport,which was perfect for our travel plans.The facilities are new, modern, and spotlessly clean. I would highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again!

The staff were so nice especially Desy and Falis. I was allowed to check-in 4 hours earlier since the room was available and I traveled early in the morning. I was picked up from the airport and the communication was good.

The rooms are always comfy and the staff is always very nice and accommodating. Their complimentary airport shuttle service is also very convenient, even if your flight is hours late, they'll still be there to get you! Their food and drinks are also always reliably good. I will continue to use this hotel for short stays in Jakarta.

Excellent hotel - very nice rooms, comfortable bed, very nice and professional staff, excellent location (hotel connected with Mall which has everything - McD, Starbucks, KFC, Subway, Pizza hut, J.Co, Donkin Donats, and much more restaurants an shops). 2 pools - 1 for kids and 1 big, playground for kids. 30 minutes from the airport with the car. Late check out with minimal extra paymant. Generally, it is an excellent place to stay, and it is definitely my first choice to stay whenever I am in Tangerang waiting for flight.

    Very good hotel for a transit. Free shuttle bus is available from /to the airport. The room was big and comfortable. Breakfast was very good, and it starts at 4am which is very convenient for traveler in transit. The pool /SPA offers relaxing time after or before a long trip.     Very stylish hotel and clean, comfortable rooms. Wonderful, attentive staff. Very nice on site restaurants, plenty of choice. Excellent spa with very aesthetic space to relax and unwind, very good facilities with the indoor pool and sauna/steam rooms and hot/cold plunge pools. Would definitely recommend and stay again if in the Jakarta airport area.

    Nice and comfortable hotel near the airport. Great free shuttle from and to airport. Close to airport, you do not have to sit in Jakarta's famous traffic jam's Rooms are spacious and clean, they clean rooms every day. Nice spa and pools, they even have saunas there. Great massage services. Breakfast has lot's of choices. Rooftop bar is nice and food there is great. We stayed there twice during our trip and enjoyed both stays.

    The hotel is located near the airport with a very convenient shuttle service provided by the hotel. As soon as we arrived they helped us plan our departure for our next flight with the shuttle bringing us back to the airport. The breakfast is served from 4am which is perfect for early flights. The facilities were great with a sauna, spa, and pools perfect to relax. We were only staying one night to catch a flight the next day and the FM7 was perfect for that. All of the staff were incredible nice and helpful and the room was comfortable!

    The spa is exceptional!! Easy to check in, fantastic pools, hot pool, cold plunge pool, sauna and steam room. Spacious room, unbelievably comfy beds, especially the pillows. Lovely atmosphere and vibe, very nice looking hotel, good breakfast with lots of choice. I had reflexology/foot massage before we left in the spa and it was AMAZING and was on offer at only £7, would highly recommend doing this! Free shuttle to the airport which is really easy to arrange.
