Stunning location with beautiful architecture. The staff were exceptional and willing to do anything to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The food is excellent and they endeavour to keep your rooms as clean as possible.

Couldn’t recommend this place more. It is STUNNING - the pool area and little man made beach is so pretty. The plants make it feel tropical and jungley with a beautiful view of the Lombok mountains in the background. It’s paradise. The room is more like a little apartment with separate living room, bedroom and huge bathroom with outdoor shower with sunken stone bath. The staff are amazing - particularly gecarica (??) and diwa. They made sure to bring my dinner to the room after i hiked rinjani. Gecarica (sorry not sure this is exactly his name) - he was so kind and took me to the ferry pier, helped me when i had bought an non-existent ferry ticket and also drove me to the ATM and charged me no extra. This is an example of going above and beyond. PLUS there are lots of sweet dogs on the property which are all so friendly. Can’t wait to come back.

This is the best hotel in Lombok, everything about it is above and beyond. Attention to detail is incredible. Spa is stunning. We loved every single detail about this hotel. A little quiet gem perfectly nested in Lombok. Rooms are perfectly crafted and every single detail made our stay more enjoyable especially the lovely staff who cared and catered to all of our needs seamlessly. The breakfast was generous, great range of options and delicious We use the boat to Gili Islands and was like new with great staff Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough!

We booked this hotel because it was close to Bangsal port. The owner drove us to the nearest beach, which had a bar with a great sunset. The room is very modern, entirely made of wood. We only stayed one night, but it was a very comfortable stay.
