everything!! we missed it as soon as we left. service is top notch: laundry, room service 24/7, good breakfast, good massage, pool is excellent, beds are THE BEST. staff is extremely friendly and are ready to help at any time. wish we booked the hotel longer!

Everything … from the day that i arrived i was greeted and escorted like a vip by Ms. Bella and check - in process was so smooth and upon reaching my room i was so excited that they decorated the room and prepared for me a huge cake to celebrate my birthday!. We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel and would choose to stay here again without hesitation. In fact, we'll be recommending it exclusively to our family and friends. The location couldn't have been better—it was conveniently situated just 20 minutes away from Malioborro Street, and we loved that a shopping mall was within walking distance. Plus, having a supermarket right in front of the hotel made it incredibly convenient for any last-minute needs. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. From the moment we arrived, they greeted us warmly and were always ready to assist. When we mentioned that the air conditioning in our room wasn't cooling enough, they immediately addressed the issue, showing their dedication to guest satisfaction. Speaking of the room, it was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary amenity kits, which added an extra touch of luxury to our experience. Overall, our stay at this hotel was nothing short of perfect. The whole place is beautiful, from rooms to the outdoors, and we really felt away from the city. The breakfast was amazing, with lots of Indonesian food choices.

Staff are kind, excellent and always happy to help. The location near the train station was handy and walkable to most attractions.

The hotel was in a good location and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was nice but did not additionally have a safe, one had to be brought in when we enquired but that was seen to very quickly.
