This place is an island of tranquility in the heart of Dublin. The proffessional care and friendlyness of the people working there creates an absolute relaxing cosiness which I hardly felt in other places I visited before. Our stay was definitively an exceptional, excellent experience.

Astonishing facilities, lovely breakfast buffet and menu, but the true value comes from the staff, their friendliness, their thoughtfulness and how they strive to think ahead and provide you with what you haven't even asked for.

The hotel is located nearby river Liffey quays and docks, on a business and renewed area in Dublin. We've chosen the location because an event at 3Arena (20min short walk from the hotel) crossing the river by the Samuel Beckett bridge. The hotel is not too close of Trinity College Dublin or St. Stephens Green square or Grafton St, so you need a 20 min walk reach here. There are good pubs and corner store/markets around the hotel which is great and both Luas and Dart urban rail systems are on walking distance. The hotel staff is super friendly, we've opted to pay for breakfast at the hotel as it was easier at the time and there is good assortment of options, just ask them in advance for restrictions. The hotel has vending machines in some floors. The room we've got was on the main street and I did not find too noisy. Bed is comfortable and bathroom well cleaned. The hotel has gym and swimming pool, which I did not use but something to consider for longer stays. The checkout process can be done by the kiosks on the lobby, it was super simple and quick, but the staff will gladly help you as well.

This hotel is a gem. Worth the trip. How hotels should be, alive, glamorous, ethernal, elegant. One of the nicest hotels I have ever experienced. The staff is genuinely friendly. Everybody. We had a beautiful room with a beautiful bathroom. All bars and restaurants were charming. I want to go back!

Overall very aesthetic but pragmatic hotel with useful automatic or half automatic features in the room. Lovely staff, excellent short menu in Fawn restaurant and quiet rooms for weary travellers like us. No downsides, would definitely visit again. And yes, they offer gluten free and are aware of allergens - this was heightened by absence of carpet in the room: they have parquet!

We were upgraded to a large corner room with a view of the ocean at no extra charge in order to accommodate my request for a bathtub in the room. The location was perfect for heading in to Dublin on the Dart and well as for exploring the local neighbourhood. We also enjoyed the pool, hot tub and sauna after a day of exploring.

I had problems with my room and got another one within minutes. The staff are really nice. The Wellness and Spa area is amazing. The pool, hydro pool, steaming room and sauna are great. Great location to explore Dun Laoghaire and only a short (and cheap) DART trip from Dublin City centre.
