Fantastic staff, beautiful room & facilities. We really enjoyed our time & staff couldn't of been more helpful. Before we arrived I phoned and staff emailed me discount codes for the local amenities. When we arrived we were advised our room had been upgraded, it was perfect for us & baby. We ate at the hotel both evenings. Lovely atmosphere. We're already planning another trip!!

Hotel is beautiful. Room, dining and staff were exceptional. The only major negative was that the elevator was not working and guests had to walk up 2 flights of steps to get an alternative elevator.

We liked literally everything! Breakfast was great, dinner at the golf club was so tasty, we had a lovely experience in the spa. Nothing felt rushed…The castle itself is beautiful and cozy . The staff was so friendly and helpful . Our room was clean , the bed was so comfort I didn’t wanna get out of it (lol). It was our 4th anniversary and I must say we had the best time ever!! I loved everything about my stay. Andrew from the bar was great and loved joking around with us. Glen at the restaurant had us all laughing. The receptionist at check in was really accommodating and friendly. We enjoyed a day of golf, loved the scenery, the last day we were there some of the staff were setting up for a wedding and let us in to take a look.
