You are welcomed with a smile and fantastic service when you check-in. The staff members were always kind and even gave me a voucher for breakfast as it was Shabbat, and many places were closed. I was so surprised that the room looked exactly like in the pictures, and even better, I didn’t believe I was in Tel Aviv. The design was so good to go with the most minor details. The self-care products smelled amazing, and the rub was so comfortable. Plus, a working space with a view of the Tel Aviv skyline made working fun. The gym is small but cute. I went to the balcony even though it was a bit chilly, but still, the baths had warm water, and it felt super cozy. It's very close to the beach and a lot of business, even though you wouldn't wanna leave the hotel. Special thanks to the staff members who made this stay as a solo traveler feel cared for <3

The staff I met was extremely friendly and helpful. I arrived deep in the night and the front desk was cheerful. I got an upgrade to an amazing room that made my stay even more pleasant. The breakfast is very good with lots of choice! Also a lot of space to sit, so you can avoid the annoying loud children!!! ☺ All though the day the wifi was good. That helped me a lot with my work!

Very welcoming and helpful Reception staff who did everything they could to make our stay comfortable 😃 Quiet, clean, spacious room with great temperature control and blackout curtains 😴 Rooftop pool with shaded area - very busy on the Saturday, but that just shows how popular it is! 🌞 👙 Buffet breakfast 😋 Parking available 🚘 Shops and restaurants nearby 🛍️

Great pool, lovely plants around it, plenty of fresh towels, very good housekeeping service on a daily basis, very nice receptionist on our arrival day, great and varied breakfast, amazing location i Ramat gan/Giv'atayim, spacious rooms, plenty of towels and fresh and clean linen, comfortable bed.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. They offered us free breakfast when our room wasn’t ready, but then put us right away in a room I suspect was exactly the same as we would have had. When we had trouble ordering a taxi that would accommodate 3 adults with 3 suitcases, the front desk clerks ordered one for us. The rooftop pool was very pleasant and a nice way to relax after a long flight.

The breakfast was very good with many choices. The room was spacious enough but the renovation and fixes in bathroom were done very poorly. Staff at the reception were very good and tried to accommodate all our requests.
