The property has a pool, games room (with snooker, table tennis and table football) and lovely rooms! The manager and other staff were so friendly and helpful which really made the stay! The manager helped us with arrangements for backwater boat and taxis to our next destination. There isn’t loads going on in the location but you are a 10 minute tuktuk from Alleppey where the backwaters and town is. It is also super close to the beach!! There is also a lovely cafe/restaurant on the beach which is a 10 minute walk from the hotel which was so lovely. So even though you’re not in the centre of town I would really recommend the location as it’s nice to chill and be so close to the beach.

It was amazing. Lovely well kept garden and houses. only four houses to stay in. very quiet area. extremely clean! we liked the pool. great food. fresh good and a superb omelette for breakfast. fresh fish for supper/dinner. and nice employees. anything you want you tell anish, he will help you. bed was comfortable. bathroom was stunning. i would recommend getting the sea-view rooms or the all overlooking room. I like the whole idea, they have solar power. no plastic is allowed (they use glass bottles for water). I very much recommend staying here. if you like quite and peace and having not too many people around you. if you prefer being in the middle of everything rather go somewhere else.

Lots of space and privacy. Lovely thatched bungalows. Very helpful restaurant staff and friendly staff throughout. Nice well kept swimmimg pool and lovely access to private beach. Lots of activities on offer but the star of the show for me was Vishnu showing us the owl parliament and taking stunning photos on all our mobile phones. Such knowledge and enthusiasm!

We have been in this beautiful house facing the see. Riyas and his family are truly polite and treated us really well. The room was so clean, really comfy and it’s been beautiful sleeping with the sound of the waves.

A short yet highly relaxing stay. The ayurveda consultation, followed by massages and the food were the highlights, complimented by rejuvenating yoga session, extremely friendly staff, nice spacious room, and the splendid location bang on the lake. The overall vibe of the place is amazing. Thanks Shantitheeram team for creating such a beautiful experience for us! This is truly a unique place to stay, which met our expectations. Vijo, Sam and Tom made it a memorable stay. Extremely welcoming and super friendly, we were made to feel at home. The food is excellent and dining is a communal affair with other guests, which is great as you can share tips on your trip. The gardens are lovely, the location a little out of the way but that is why we chose this homestay. Vijo has a selection of activities you can partake in. We did a few and loved the massage and cooking lesson. If you want a truly memorable experience which is chilled with good food, choose here!

I really liked the hotel, our stay was for 2 nights, the room was quite spacious, the bed was very comfortable, the toiletries in the bathroom were of good quality, we ordered room service, the food was not bad, but it was not super hot, the breakfast was delicious, they make good strong masala tea and coffee and a more continental breakfast, that is, foreigners can also enjoy it.
