It was the most wonderful experience, we were so well taken care of, and as part of the Club Room, you get access to hi-tea and cocktails which really added to the whole experience. Take the Taj heritage tour! It's 120 years of history told by historians, who have worked at the Taj for more than 40 years. We also had hair services at the Taj Salon, and the service was impeccable. The pool was relaxing and so beautiful. And the best part of the Taj, the staff! Unbeatable service, that made us feel like family coming home.

Loved the location of this hotel (right in the mall) and the service was exceptional. Would definitely love to revisit.

A Decadent Escape at the Fairmont Mumbai – Where Every Detail is Perfection When my husband was called to a series of meetings in India, I saw the perfect opportunity to visit my brother in Mumbai. This trip also became the ideal occasion to celebrate our 25th anniversary — something we hadn’t been able to do earlier this year amidst the happy chaos of life with four wonderful children and two furry companions. The Fairmont Mumbai, newly opened just four months ago, proved to be everything we could have wished for and more. From the very start, our journey was infused with understated elegance and exceptional service. The hotel’s transfer set the tone — a smooth, luxurious ride from the airport, just a stone’s throw away, yet worlds apart from the bustle and noise of the city streets. Stepping into the lobby was like stepping back in time. The 1920s-inspired interiors — rich Art Deco detailing, exquisite architecture, and carefully curated artwork — spoke of a bygone era of glamour and sophistication. Every corner reflected thought, taste, and sheer style, offering an immersive experience that felt both grand and intimate. The people of the Fairmont, however, made our stay truly unforgettable. From the driver and doorman to the front desk, concierge, spa team, and restaurant staff — every single person was at our beck and call, anticipating our needs before we even voiced them. Special thanks go to Executive Sous Chef Kaustubh Chavan and Sous Chef Vishal Shetty, who not only delighted us daily with their culinary artistry but also surprised us with a beautiful farewell cake at our last breakfast. Poolside, Sonny and Ankit took such great care of us, ensuring our moments of relaxation were nothing short of perfect. The dining was, in a word, spectacular. Across six live kitchens, the chefs showcased flavours from around the world, sourcing rare ingredients and presenting them with creativity and flair. Every meal felt like an event, every plate a masterpiece.

The breakfast offered a wide variety of tasty options that I thoroughly enjoyed. The level of service provided during breafast time exceptional, and I found the staff care given during having the breakfast to be the best among all the hotels I've visited in Mumbai. I want to extend my gratitude to Anju for her outstanding support. She is truly the best staff member at the hotel, demonstrating exceptional skills in handling guests. Anju was adept at addressing any concerns or complaints and ensuring that guests were happy and content. Thanks to her efforts, our stay was memorable because of her, and I appreciate the care and attention she provided.

Clean and comfortable rooms. I stayed here after a surgery until I recovered enough to travel. The food was good. Their room service staff were excellent and accommodating. Would recommend this hotel to everyone.
