The staff was amazing and catered to all of our requests. Everyone from the security and reception staff to the trainer at the gym/recreation center was friendly. Miss Rajeswari Menon made us feel very welcome and remembered our plans and offered advice and help as well. The food was delicious and the all day dining and room service is very convenient. Warmly greeted by Shreya at the front desk who took us up to our room. Amazing breakfast spread - wide variety of choices. Chef Darwan was very hospitable and his Asian food was very good. The waiters were kind and accommodating to my elderly mum. Comfortable room and bathroom size.
