The rooms are spotlessly clean, warm, comfortable, and hot water is plentiful. Food is available via room service or in the dining room and is tasty and varied . Highly recommended.

Cherry brandy and blessing on arrival, everyone really friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Great location that doesn't get too much horn noise. Excellent ambience, colonial furniture, pictures, lounge areas. Good bar (thanks Prassad) at reasonable prices, good beer (Kingfisher). Good buffet breakfast with egg station included in the booking, great coffee! Dinner was not included in my booking but happy with ala carte and prices, although the buffet looked good. Had Indian food mostly and it was excellent, although not spicy enough for my taste. Snacks and beer during the day were good also. Room was nice and spacious, comfy bed and good hot water from the shower. Filtered and UV treated waster was a bonus.

The staff were very kind & helpful. The hotel is maintained and cleaned to a very high standard. I love the little touches such as hot water bottles delivered to the room every night.

We booked the Deluxe and King Valley. Both were really nice and modern. The beds were super comfy. The deluxe had a better view but the King was bigger. Staff was very friendly! We booked a deep tissue back massage and felt really good, especially after hiking in Singalila National Park.
