Spacious, clean and above all the exceptional staff. I had the pleasure of staying recently with my wife and young daughter. The attention from the staff was superb, I’d particularly like to call out Gilbert and Arvind in the Amara restaurant who made our stay very memorable.

The hotel is exceptional extremely clean and well-maintained. The linens were changed daily, and every detail was carefully attended to. Everything was spotless, tidy, and incredibly comfortable. The buffet (breakfast and dinner) was excellent, with a beautiful view from the floor with the pool. The dinner included a great selection of pasta, and breakfast featured eggs prepared to order. Venkatesh at the reception was outstanding. He and the entire front desk staff were always available. We arrived early in the morning, and the communication via WhatsApp was fast and efficient. The hotel also arranged a private driver for city sightseeing, and there are tour guide services available. The hotel and staff provided an exceptional sense of comfort and safety. The taxi service operated by the hotel was excellent we could contact them at any time to send a taxi from wherever we were back to the hotel. Thank you to everyone we had a wonderful time with you. Food, service, cleanliness everything was top-notch.
