Customer Service was excellent from the point of booking. The manager made contact and made us aware of services the hotel offers. He even met us at the station at 3am when our train was delayed! The hotel is modern, new and very clean. Room was large and well decorated with a large bathroom and good hot water shower. Bed was comfy. Location is great, less than 5 minutes walk to the main gate of the old city. Also has a nice rooftop restaurant. The hotel arranged our camel safari which was excellent. From start to finish we couldn’t fault anything and stayed here twice during our trip. The staff take a pride in the hotel and delivering superb service to guests. As far as I could see, Hotel Shahiraj Jaisalmer is the best choice for a hotel in Jaisalmer.

I spent a night with my wonderful sis in law and was so pleased that we chose Garh Meera for our stay. This location has received countless positive reactions. This location, as they say, it is lovely and peaceful. I would give this magnificent boutique hotel a 10/10 recommendation to anyone who like peaceful and relaxed stay. The kitchen serves food that is both traditional and authentic, yet it's a bit more refined than your typical Indian restaurant. The room was lovely and spotless. We had a fantastic night with the view of the golden fort. Finally, a special mention must be made to the employees. Thank you for being so kind and polite; we thoroughly loved our stay. I had the finest stay and would surely return, and I will suggest this location to everyone. Thank you very much.

The staff were absolutely amazing, special thanks to "Peter" for making our stay so great. They all went above and beyond for us including giving us snack bags and providing a free taxi and letting us use facilities after we had checked out! The place itself is gorgeous, rooms amazing and clean and the food is great. Gym and pool a nice touch too

The cycling tour was a highlight, offering an unforgettable sunrise, a visit to an ancient temple, and a peaceful birdwatching experience at a lake. The service was warm and meticulous, with special thanks to Mr. Megh, Mr. Siddharth Jyoti, and Mr Rajesh (yoga instructor) for their hospitality. Pre-arrival preparations, WhatsApp chat service, and thoughtful welcomes and goodbyes made the stay seamless. The food quality was excellent, and I appreciated the property’s focus on community development, evident in the boutique and local decor.
