He arranged food for my parents, even after a delay in their arrival due to traffic, and personally received them at the bus stop late in the evening. The property has amazing view of the vembanad lake. Heritage block which is 100 years old literally takes you back in time. When I stayed there, it was a very sultry day, so the sparkling clean pool came to our rescue. Food was very simple and delicious. I took basic abhayangam ayurvedic massage and it was excellent.

Everything! The staff was incredibly sweet and attentive. The restaurant was beautiful and the food was super tasty. The rooms were large, beautiful, clean and comfortable. The resort area in front of the lake was breathtaking. We had a wonderful 90 min massage, plus morning yoga sessions, and they also organized a boat tour and a taxi for us. Additionally the new year's eve dinner and entertainment was spectacular!
