Exceptional Service and Memorable Stay I had a fantastic experience at your hotel, and I wanted to highlight a few aspects that made my stay truly memorable. First and foremost, I’d like to extend my gratitude to Sashi, who went above and beyond to assist me with my birthday decoration request. He decorated the room beautifully and was so friendly and always had a smile on his face. His attention to detail and positive attitude made my stay extra special. Please pass on my thanks to him! Additionally, the hotel breakfast was outstanding – a wide variety of delicious options. The room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and had a wonderful ambience that I really appreciated. The security measures were also great, providing a sense of safety throughout my stay. Finally, the reception indian pretty lady, while I was checking in (I'm not sure of her name), who was very sweet and friendly. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of service and the care taken to make my stay as pleasant as possible. Thank you again for such a wonderful experience. Great service and environment.

The hotel is quiet and the small garden at the rear is an oasis. Very helpful staff, especially M Rajesh and Kamatchi in the restaurant, and Saranya Devi in Housekeeping. The restaurant has a wide choice of dishes, and the buffet is very good value if you would like to try a range of dishes. The location is fine - there's also a shopping mall and a good supermarket nearby, plus ATMs. I spent 14 nights there (my third long visit), and shall rebook when making my next visit to Madurai.

“I stayed for two days at President Hotel, Madurai, and it was an excellent experience. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the food from the restaurant was delicious. The hotel staff were very helpful and courteous, especially Mr. Balaji, who assisted me in arranging transport to visit the temples around Madurai. Additionally, the staff helped me book my air ticket to Chennai through their in-house travel agency, ‘Presidential Holidays,’ which was very convenient. Overall, a highly recommended stay!”
