The property was located at an amazing location with snow covered mountain view from balcony. Also it is located away from the crowded place so that you can enjoy peace and the beautiful nature surrounded by mountains, trees and snow. No doubt rooms were extremely clean with availability of 24x7 centralised heater and hot water, making the entire stay fresh and energetic even in the extreme cold climate conditions. Service received right from the reception desk to House Keeping to Laundary was top notch.

The views from the resort were amazing. The staff took great care of us. Breakfast menu had good variety. Food was very tasty. I would again stay there when in Manali. I highly recommend this place.

This review may not be able to do complete justice to this property. Fabulous property and for us it was complete 'paisa vasool'. Lovely ice capped mountains visible from the room balcony. Extremely well maintained resort with attention to details. Rooms- Excellent rooms with all the amenities. Food- Fabulous. The breakfast is super good. Taste of each item was spot on. Service- I doubt if you will get any better Service in any 5 star property. Property- It's so beautiful and relaxing. Watch out the pics.

The location is amazing with a beautiful view of the valley. The staff is very friendly and offers great hospitality. We'd booked 2 rooms that were spacious, and the view from the balcony was outstanding. Despite the cold weather and thick snow outside, the in-room service was perfect. We're thankful to the whole staff with special mention of Mr Prem, Aakash, Sandeep, Arpan, and the chef for making our stay very comfortable and memorable 😊 It's the best hotel in Manali and highly recommended for staying with family or friends. We'd definitely visit again sometime during the spring season.

Exceptional hospitality! The front office staff is real courteous and helpful. They go out of the way to help the guests and make them comfortable. The view from room, amenities and ambience of hotel was impeccable. I was travelling solo for the first time, Thanks to the hotel staff it was a great experience.

Great location, very close to Hadimba temple and nature trails. Friendly, attentive and courteous staff. Nice furnishings, spacious room, clean bathroom, good quality linen. Amazing courtyard with great views of the mountains on one side and the pretty properties located further up the hill on the other. Good food and nice variety on the menu with reasonable rates. The electricity kept going frequently due to high power demand in the region but the property manager was kind enough to run the generator for a few hours in the morning and evening to allow us to finish our routine and also recharge electronic appliances. Overall, it's great Value for your money
