- Food was amazing: so much selection and was never hungry after it! (breakfast, lunch, dinner provided was buffet style). The food staff were very nice. - Location: Beautiful area surrounded by monkeys, deer and birds. - Amenities: Pool was nice to cool down, bar area was nice to get a drink and other options like massages or table tennis were available. - Excursions: 1. Safari: this was so cool, we went twice! Saw elephant, leopard, wild hog and many more animals. Both safari drivers were very passionate and nice. 2. Nature walk: this was very interesting as our guide showed us lots of things and we also saw an elephant. Overall, a lovely relaxing place to visit with very nice staff!

The Serai is built amidst a large open space overlooking the Nilgiris Mountain. It houses a spa, gym and an outdoor pool. A restaurant is also available.

Fantastic location, the views of the city below are incredible. Very friendly staff. It was very easy to organise tours and a car back to Coimbatore from the hotel. Would definitely stay here again!

The views are amazing - particularly at sunset. The staff were all very helpful from reception to wait staff. Special mention for the maitre d’ who was very welcoming. We were half board and the food was excellent.
