The architecture of the building, foyer, restaurant and layout of the room outstanding . View from the balcony the best in Munnar. No need to go anywhere else for that. Make sure that you book a room with a balcony. Our room was on the side but still with a good view of the forest and plantations. The food is excellent, wide variety for breakfast and dinner. The Valle also has activities like a guided morning walk, afternoon tea, cooking courses, etc. Staff very helpful and friendly.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The staff is attentive and friendly! We were traveling as a family -2 adults and 2 kids ages 3 and 7, and the staff was so kind! The location is gorgeous in the mountains of Munnar. The indoor trekking is really cool and enjoyable. The food in the restaurant was delicious! There is also a game room with air hockey and a pool table that was great for letting our kids play. We had such a nice, relaxing time there -would recommend to anyone!

As a British tourist visiting Kerala for the first time, staying at The Feel Munnar Resort was truly one of the highlights of my trip. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. Their warm smiles, helpful nature, and prompt service really stood out. The check-in was smooth, and we were immediately struck by the serene atmosphere – exactly what you'd hope for when visiting Munnar. Our room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed with a private balcony overlooking the misty hills and tea plantations. Waking up to the sunrise with a cup of freshly brewed local tea was a truly unforgettable experience. The bed was comfortable, the linens crisp, and the bathroom modern and well-maintained. The on-site restaurant served delicious Kerala cuisine with generous portions and plenty of vegetarian options. I particularly enjoyed the traditional breakfast and the evening campfire experience – a lovely touch that brought guests together. The resort also helped us arrange a tea plantation tour and a guided trek, which I highly recommend for anyone wanting to explore the natural beauty of Munnar. The location is peaceful yet well-connected, making it easy to access the main attractions like Eravikulam National Park and Mattupetty Dam. The pool was lovely; a bit chilly so I did feel I have to swim. But it wasn't too chlorinated, and is big enough for a decent swim also. Gorgeous view over the valley, though when we stayed it was quite cloudy. Some nice chairs by the pool to relax. Also there are swings where one can sit and enjoy a book, or just look over lovely scenery, and an outdoor area where one can exercise i.e. do some basketball or cricket, or even go on monkey bars. The staff were very helpful in accommodating our requests, and prompt also The food was delicious - really tasty and not unreasonably priced, a little more expensive than the food in Munnar town but this is understandable considering the extra staff here.
