Breakfest had a huge variety from Indian to continantal, always a diffierent Joghurt drink, special things as eggs were preparded and served to the table. Quality was for all we tried excellent. The Chef came by to ask if everything is ok or if we have special wishes. For a day we had to leave early, special breakfest bag was prepared. We were more than satisified and would at any time recommend again. The sevice at the entrance was really extremly firendly and haertfull, all specials were made possible. Especially to mention is Mr. Mousil as extremly helpfull, we could ask anything and no matter how "strange" the question was always got a very helpfull answer or service. We are really delighted about the friendliness of the staff. Agreat place to be. We stayed ther for 4 nights attending a colleagues weeding.

The hotel was located in a convenient location with amenities close by.. the rooms were quite spacious and the service was excellent from front desk receptionist to house keeping .. I had the nost relaxed and stress free stay ,all my requests were handled with friendly and professional manner . Special mention to front desk receptionist Mr. Pandiyan and Mr.Akil who provided the best customer service whenever approached . Excellent breakfast & the dining staffs! Bit harsh on the arrival time to check in however they have a spacious lobby with sitting area & superfast WiFi. The shuttle service to the airport were spot on, friendly & polite driver!

The hotel may not be the newest and most modern but it has a class and an ‘air’ of old style hotels with the protocols and aristocratic status.the staff was wonderful and exceptionally friendly.the pool area was an oasis with the yellow sun beds and umbrellas.free organic teas in the room.club rooms offer separate area for evening snacks and cocktails.club rooms include also complimentary mini bar and 4 pieces of laundry per day.the laundry is return in special basket and folded clothes in cartons!free transfer shuttle to airport with hotels own car.finally but most important we had a late flight and a late checkout at 7:30pm was offered to us!

Everything was perfect. It was clean and comfortable. The rooms are spacious. The staff is really nice, polite and helpful. We are very grateful that they let us checked in early.
