Cleanliness, courteous staff, nice room, good food. Special mention for the restaurant staff and the front desk Urvi and my apology I do not remember the name of the Gentleman. Kudos to all of them.

The staff are all exceptionall, so polite and friendly. The hotel is immaculate everywhere. Good size rooms, with everything that you need. Nice rooftop pool. The breakfast is one of the best we have had. Loads of choice and good service. They organised a driver for the day for us. The best way to see Mumbai. The staff at this hotel want you to enjoy your stay, we certainly did!
