Everything was excellent, had a great, comfortable stay here. All staff were very courteous, friendly and went out of their way to make our stay very comfortable. Too many to mention by name but our thanks to all of them. The hotel arranged our Kanniyakumari trip, and our driver Simon was very courteous, friendly and a safe driver. Thank you Hyatt Regency for a very enjoyable stay.

The facility is family-owned. The family is very friendly, and very helpful. They take good care of the guests and of the property. - The rooms are very clean. - The place is very quiet with little to no vehicle movement. - No road noise and no dust. - Bath towels and soap are provided - Service is excellent. - Very good quality home-like breakfast cooked in the kitchen, which the Villa owner himself consumes along with the guests. - They help in booking a taxi when needed.     The check-in and check-out was very smooth, staff behaved nice and kind. We felt welcomed. It's a place where you can truly rest. We took advantage of the pool. Also the gym Is well equipped. Unfortunately did not have time for trying breakfast. Loved the comfort of bed, spacious room, clean bathroom and hot shower.
