Hospitality, service of the staff was excellent. Very friendly people! And about breakfast and dinner: the best we have had in Kerala. The homestay is very pleasent, nice views from balcony and also a nice pool. Very peaceful. Furthermore, around the home stay you can have a great hike through plantages. Also Vagamon is near , easy reachamable with a tuktuk. Nice walks and sceneries down there aswell!

Throughout our entire stay at the property, we were consistently astounded by the exceptional level of customer service provided. From the moment of our arrival to the moment of our departure, we were left in awe. Upon our arrival, we were graciously greeted and presented with a delectable welcome drink. The check-in process was efficient and devoid of any complications. Following this, we were promptly escorted to the restaurant, where we indulged in a flawlessly prepared lunch amidst a charming ambiance. Returning to our spacious accommodations, we found them to be refreshingly inviting. In the afternoon, we enjoyed a delightful selection of freshly brewed coffee accompanied by delectable homemade snacks, further enhancing our overall experience. As the morning dawned and we drew back the curtains, we were met with a breathtaking view of the seemingly infinite expanse of verdant greenery. The breakfast served to us was nothing short of divine, with an array of delectable options that left our palates thoroughly satisfied. We wish to express our sincere gratitude to Justin, Abin, and the entire staff who provided us with their invaluable assistance throughout our stay. Furthermore, we would like to extend a special appreciation to Alex Martin, the esteemed Hotel Manager, whose guidance and leadership contributed significantly to our exceptional experience.

The villas are very beautiful and well furnished. Plus the outdoor facilities are also good including playing area for kids. Staff are helpful as well. Food price in the restaurant is also reasonable. Really good place to stay if you are visiting as a big family or group.

Excellent facilities and staff were amazing

I have to say, this was the epitome of my Kerala trip. The resort, tucked deep within a thriving cardamom plantation, was nothing short of magical — especially during the monsoon. Every day it rained, and there we were: warm, dry, and content, sipping tea as we watched the rain fall over the lush green hills. Pure bliss. The room was equally unforgettable — spacious, thoughtfully designed, and incredibly cozy. The highlight was the almost outdoor bathroom, which let us shower with a view of the forest canopy, all while maintaining perfect privacy. And the four-poster bed was so comfortable. There and then we decided that we have to make this an annual trip. So, yeah, see you next year.

The balcony room offers a stunning views of misty mountains and a river. The room is well-appointed, and the balcony is best place to relax and soak in the breathtaking scenery. The friendly staff, well-maintained property, and a great location make it a perfect retreat for nature lovers.
