I am pleased to say that my experience at this hotel was above and beyond what I had anticipated. The staff, from the security service, reception, porters, cleaning service, restaurant and bar workers, were all extremely helpful and courteous during my stay. The room was immaculate and well-appointed with all the necessary amenities. I found the Thai massage at the spa to be a truly delightful experience. The view from the window was nothing short of spectacular, offering a breathtaking sunrise. I would also like to express my gratitude to the hotel chefs. The food at breakfast, the buffet for lunch and dinner on the 11th floor was of an exceptionally high standard. I can highly recommend this hotel. I would be remiss if I did not mention the delightful feathered( parrot) lobby bar worker. Thank you very much to all hotel team members for their great job!
