The hotel is located on top of a beautiful hill of green luscious vineyard in the town of Serralunga 'dAlba. The view is scenic and breathtaking. The hotel is well maintained with the most dedicated staff I have seen. My wife and I went for a hike around the area but the ground was wet and muddy. Our shoes were covered in mud upon our return. We asked the staff where to wash our shoes and a kind staff brought us to the basement toilet. As I needed to go back to my room to bathe, I left my dirty shoes in this basement toilet. But when I returned after showering, this staff was already in the process of washing our dirty shoes for us! It was unbelievable and pleasantly surprised by her act of kindness. Thank you, Eleanora. We will not forget your kindness. Another staff who had helped us with our booking for another room for my son was Eleanor. Booking.com made a mess of our booking but she helped to resolve it. That really helped us out tremendously. A great hotel with great staff all round!

One of the best breakfast in my live. Everything was fresh and tasty. Location and surrounding like in movie, beautiful rooms, clean and well designed. The hotel is in a very beautiful location, surrounded by the hills and vineyards. Perfect for those who enjoys the quiet and the nature. We very much enjoyed staying in the attic room, being very spacious and finely furnished. The bathroom was also super spacious with double shower and a bathtub. The service is impeccable and the staff is very kind and helpful. Dinner in the restaurants is high quality, as well as the breakfast à la carte, offering different options. We enjoyed the view on the snowy mountains from the restaurant! The wellness center was quiet enjoyable! In general our stay exceeded our expectations and we definitely will come back!

A lovely setting up on a hill/ mountain with great views to a historical town and vineyards. Super friendly and helpful staff. Everything is basically new and renovated - the place is built on the family winery. The spa was beautiful and had 2 saunas and a big jacuzzi/ pool (not big enough to swim in but they have an outdoor pool, which was closed during our stay in october). The hotel is a small place, maybe 8 rooms or so, so we got the spa just to ourselves every time, which was super! You just need to book it in advance (just ask the reception).
