We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The property is stunning, impeccably maintained, and designed for comfort, with cozy beds and an excellent shower that made every moment relaxing. One highlight was the delicious cappuccino served at breakfast—truly a morning treat! What stood out most, however, was the exceptional service and genuine warmth of the staff. From the moment we arrived, the team greeted us with smiles and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Stefan was incredibly helpful, checking webcams each morning to recommend the best places to explore. Veronica and Alessandro also provided valuable tips that made our trip even more memorable. We felt truly welcomed and cared for throughout our stay, thanks to the outstanding hospitality of Stefan, Veronica, Elisa, Alessandro, and the entire team. Very hospitable and helpfull owners, spacious and beatifully decorated room, superb breakfest, what else can you ask for.. Just keep in mind that the outside jacuzi is free of charge untill 1800. After 1800 it cab be reserved for private use for extra payment.

Me and my wife stayed here for 7 nights and liked everything about this hotel. Breakfast excellent, very clean hotel and smells nice also and the location of the hotel could not be better and also the nice views. you can reach any place in less than 90mins. Restaurants around are also good and plenty. Last word, the hotel is family run and they are great persons.

Very nice hotel in Aosta, convenient to the Pila ski area. Wonderful staff, nice breakfast. Spa is a definite plus, with outdoor hot tub and balcony.

Every single aspect of it. This is a great hotel and ticked every box for mine and my daughters needs. Location for Pila is ideal and so straightforward,along with plenty of parking. Every member of staff were incredibly polite,courteous and very helpful. The hotel is spotlessly clean,rooms are big and have everything you need.Bottled water and coffee were topped up everyday(you certainly don’t get that in some more expensive hotels!),breakfast is excellent with an enormous selection. Great leisure facilities after a good days boarding. Simply brilliant.

The spa was great, with a large indoor/outdoor pool, contrast showers, fresh fruit and tea offered. The room is unique, a modern renovation of an old home of character. The owners are super helpful and polite. The meals are exquisite.

Maison Bertin is offering accommodation in Etroubles. Free private parking is available and the hotel also offers bike hire for guests who want to explore the surrounding area.

The breakfast was amazing and you could actually order extra dishes (crepes or even more complicated ones) from a menu for no additional charges. We were also offered a bottle of champagne upon arrival and used the Hotel SPA (with an extra cost) which was reserved only for us for one hour
