The location is absolutely fantastic, just across the road from the public hot springs, which are wonderful for a midnight dip. The Locanda allows access to the thermal pools at the Mercure hotel at the top of the hill, another stunning structure that we enjoyed very much. The rooms are spotless and the building is freshly renovated, looking very smart. Breakfast is amazing with fresh cakes and croissants baked fresh (the apple cake was gorgeous). The staff is extremely helpful and friendly, the kind of people you want to have around when on holiday we had a wonderful stay.

I was very satisfied with my stay at this accommodation. It is located in a beautiful and peaceful spot in the middle of nature. The hosts were very respectful and warm, creating a family atmosphere that made me feel like part of their family. The cuisine was excellent, and the dinner was superb. This place is very, very pet-friendly. My dog and I are already looking forward to our return.

The hotel is a typical Tuscan house, just like in the movies — exactly how I imagined it! Extra large rooms that are very spacious and comfy. The garden terrace was very picturesque and very private. Good facilities. The location in the countryside is very quiet and peaceful. Interesting things to see and do in the area (highlights for us were "Dream Woods" sculpture park and the Museo della Biodiversità in Monticiano). Good restaurants nearby. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. They have two beautiful Maremmano sheep dogs, (Zen and Luna), Luna was especially friendly.
