The hotel is exceeptional - the building, facilities and staff. Castel Hortenberg could not ask for a better representative for the property than Thomasso, who assisted us during our stay. He was a great help - courteous, professional and knowledgeable. The hotel provides a true 5-star experience.

The view from anywhere in this place is literally stunning! Whether you are in the room, sauna or pool, you will enjoy the mountains. The stuff treats you as the long awaited guest. The food is always fresh, various and not boring. The dinner was different all 4 nights we stayed there. Iulian (the waiter in the restaurant) deserves 6 stars out of 5: timely, extremely gentle, exceptional service! Multumim, Iulian!

Beautiful hotel, everything is brand new (the hotel was only open 2 weeks when we stayed). Every aspect of the design and layout has had a lot of thought put into it. The restaurant is worth a visit but consider pre-booking as it is very busy.

We felt most welcome from the moment we arrived. The B&B is intimate, thoughtfully furnished, and perfectly located for excursions into the lush surroundings or the nearby mountains.

I had a terrific stay at Hotel Dolomiten. Exemplary service. Katia and the young lady (whose name I failed to get) with fantastic to interact with - very friendly and helpful. I wish I had had the opportunity to stay longer. The breakfast provided was fantastic, and I wish I had been able to enjoy a dinner (but I was late returning each evening). I will be very happy to return one day!
