    This is hands down one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. The service from the entire staff was exceptional. They’re all very attentive, friendly and welcoming. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful and has more spaces then I realised to just relax. We also had both breakfast and dinner included and the food was exceptional! Overall, we’re both counting down to our next trip to the Dolomites so we can stay here again.

    The adult only wellness area is lovely and the sauna master a real character! The hotel is very comfortable and cosy, we did not have dinner there but the breakfast is very good and the staff extremely helpful. Cable car to Plan de Corones is a 15 minutes walk away but the hotel runs a continuous shuttle service back and forth all day, which takes all the hassle away. This was a return visit and will be back again if skiing in the area.

    The outdoor wellness area and breakfast were exceptional, worth a stay just for that. Loved the outdoor sauna event. The staff are very professional. The welcome drink on check in is a nice touch. For skiers, super convenient shuttle services to the cable car station.

    Amazing breakfast, nice spacious rooms, great spa area with view on the mountains, perfect place for relaxing after a day out hiking in the dolomites.

    We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Rudolf. We received a free upgrade to one of the suites by a very kind employee. The wellness center was very calm and relaxing, with a lot of different saunas and both an inside and outside pool. The staff was very kind and helpful.
