The staff throughout the hotel were excellent, everyone at reception was particularly helpful. The restaurant serves great food and Davide was especially welcoming. The bar is a great find. Alfonso was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Everything! Could not fault it! The entire hotel is simply stunning! More beautiful in real life. Service and staff are remarkable. They went over and above! All were very friendly and helpful!
