He was not only friendly but also extremely helpful—always ready with great recommendations, quick to respond to any requests, and genuinely caring about our comfort. The hotel itself is cozy, clean, and nicely maintained. The atmosphere was peaceful and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The ride up to the hotel was breathtaking. On arrival the staff were very welcoming and helpful with securing my motorcycle in the garage. Had was given all the information regarding the services and if I required dinner. My booking was a room with view at the back but was offerd a room at the front with the view of the mountain and picks. Excellent room with a balcony, very clean and high-speed of presentation, nice bathroom and shower well stoked with all of the toiletries. Went down to the dining room, my allocated table for the period of my stay was ready waiting . Dinner was exquisite, the waitress was very attentive . The owner mr Brunner told about different biking events and other information, including the wellness therapy services so I booked a massage for the next day, it was very relaxing very professional and very luxurious as it was the outdoors swimming pool . On checking out settled the bill and was gifted with a jar of marmalade locally produced, which I think it's a wonderful touch. Thank you I will definitely return for a longer period soon

The hotel gave a very warm welcome, from the friendly pick up at the station to the welcome drink and friendly staff. The hotel was incredibly generous with their large buffet for breakfast, enormous dinner in the evening and a huge buffet ‘snack’ in the afternoon! The service was always polite and friendly. The owners Lukas and Matteus and receptionist Judith, were so patient answering many of our questions, making suggestions for our walking routes, planning our onward travel etc. The walking is fabulous. Excellent freely available maps with all the different numbered routes marked. A guest card allowing free travel on the hourly bus service meant lots of opportunities to begin walks at different points. The views from our balcony, from the terrace and all around are beautiful. The flowers and hotel garden were lovely. We had a wonderful week!
