Location was brilliant the hosts were lovely the language barrier was a challenge but we worked our way through it. Benefit of hindsight I would have taken italian as a course at school but given my age not an easy task.

The room is a nice size with a large bathroom. It has a nice view of the lake. The breakfast is exceptional with very good options. The location is convenient, about 10 minute walk from the Como city center.

Apart from the great, clean, quiet, beautiful, and fully equipped apartment, the hosts were simply exceptional. True Italian warmth! The apartment was air conditioned which was a relief during our stay. It was a 5 minutes walk with the kids to the city center and 10 minutes to the lake. Private parking was also a great relief as it was very hard to find parking in Como. The kitchen was fully equiped, and so was the bathroom. The rooms were spacious and clean.
