I didn't realise when I booked that we were staying in the 'apartments' and not the hotel - but not to worry the apartments were impeccable. We went to check in and the staff were very friendly, we asked to have dinner included as I had read very positive reviews about it. The staff arranged it and we went to dinner that night with a reservation and our names on a card. Was very appreciated. We walked around the facilities and they are stunning, same as the pictures. The apartment was massive, excellent beds and duvets. Fridge, coffee machine, etc. bathroom was large with a nice shower. We had a terrace with an umbrella and enjoyed the sunset that evening. The dinner - exceptional. 5 course meal and hand crafted cocktails. The menu was great with substitution options. We meant to go to the pool but did not have enough time. Free parking was great as well for our rental vehicle.

Our Romantik Hotel is located in Dobbiaco Nuova, with a nice view to the Valley of Landro, close two the Three Peaks.

The rooms were tastefully designed, spacious, and comfortable, with all the amenities you could ask for. The service was exceptional, with a professional and attentive staff who catered to all our needs. The hotel’s spa was dreamy, and the pool was clean and relaxing. The food at the hotel’s restaurant was diverse and delicious. It’s the perfect place to disconnect and enjoy a dreamy couples’ vacation. Highly recommended!

The hotel was much better than I was expecting. It was even bigger, than looked on a picture. When we came, we didn't realize it at the first sight. The woman at reception was very friendly and she even gave us free bus ticket for 7 days. The dinner was just great including few different plates. The hotel is lovely decorated with old furniture and wooden tools. And there is a very nice wellness center in the hotel. So, it was a pleasure to stay here before our 11 days hike in Dolomite mountains.

Well-located. Good clean room, was cleaned everyday even though I didn't ask for it. The staff was lovely (specially Sarah at the front desk).

The place was so beautiful and had an amazing view! It was in a great location to the town centre, train station and nearby sites. Super clean, exactly like the photos but almost better!! Would 100% recommend this stay and would happily stay again! The receptionist was also super lovely!

Fabulous hotel that reminded me of the movie Chitty Chitty Bang bang. Very clean. With everything I could possibly wish for. The hotel Staff were wonderful and Very helpful.
