Highly recommended hotel with impeccable welcome! At check-in we received valuable information from the front office manager on different places to visit in the area, given that the hotel is in a strategic point in the center! Very easy to reach and really clean and comfortable! We will gladly return!

The hotel is just excellent. The stuff is very friendly, everything is shining, room service was just perfect. The spa and pool was very clean and neat. The location is very convenient, close to all the main sights, though the neighborhood is very quiet.

This is a great option in the center of Firenze! The hotel is modern, well-equipped and very comfortable. The location is about 8 minutes walk from the Duomo and from all the best attractions. We would like to especially thank the front desk staff who were the most helpful, kind, and attentive!

The staff were wonderful, so helpful and welcoming. The location is fantastic, it's a 5 minute walk from the Teatro Maggio Musicale (where we were going to a show in the evening) and 10-15 minutes walk from the main sites in central Florence, so convenient. The hotel was absolutely spotless - and beautifully decorated. The bedroom, reception and dining rooms were welcoming and very comfortable. Breakfast was good with lovely fresh juice and great coffee and a buffet with both savoury a sweet options. Unfortunately because of the evening show we couldn't try dinner, but the staff kindly arranged for us to have a salad when we returned - rather too late for any restaurant. We'll definitely return!
