Everything was perfect. the room was clean, all the utensils, cookware all in the kitchen looks new. they gave me a welcome wine bottle. bathroom is spacious. there were washing machine and dryer at the basement , u have to download the app to pay when usiing them. the staff were very friendly too. i would definitely stay here again when i visit florence again. superb!!

The staff was great, the breakfast was amazing. And also the bedrooms, nice bed, nice shower and bathroom. And the location is absolutely perfect, very near from central station, central market and near the main attractions of Firenze. No words for Spadai, it was definitely the best hotel we stayed during our 15 day trip to Italy.

Very clean rooms, with a delicious breakfast. The hotel has a perfect position, near the city centre, and the staff was very friendly and ready to help with anything. Despite the fact that the spa is usually closing at 19:00, they made the effort of preparing it for us at 20:00 because we had a reservation at a touristic attraction which we couldn't cancel. They are interested in offer a good quality of service and thus making the client happy, wich we apreciated very much.
