The hotel is so beautiful designed and the staff members are so incredibly nice and to our dog as well! They upgrated us to a room with a terrace so our dog could go outside and it was just the best thing ever and really made our holiday. Also the location is great because you have everything nearby (train station, the park, walking path along the see etc). The room with airconditioning was really comfortable and I really enjoyed cooling down in the pool since I was heavily pregnant during our stay :) I honestly don’t have anything bad to say about this place and hope to be back one day! I miss it already :(

Our host was super attentive and nice, he sent us detailed information with photos for retrieving the keys and for parking. The views from the apartment are absolutely breathtaking, worth every penny. There was a lot of information about the city and what not to miss. The apartment was beautifully and tastefully decorated, you can feel the love and care they put into designing it. Highly recommended!

NOTE: we were upgraded to the Hotel Grand Savoia (sister to Continental) so this review is for that hotel. Brilliant location and visually stunning. Staff were amazing and the food was outstanding. Particularly impressive was the staff member who ran the bar. Didn’t get his name but he was slim, dark, slightly curly hair and glasses. Will absolutely return.

The most exceptional view from the breakfast and the best pastries I had on my entire trip through Italy. Located right on a popular promenade with lots of beautiful sights. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The whole stay was extremely good value for money.
