The hotel is so beautiful designed and the staff members are so incredibly nice and to our dog as well! They upgrated us to a room with a terrace so our dog could go outside and it was just the best thing ever and really made our holiday. Also the location is great because you have everything nearby (train station, the park, walking path along the see etc). The room with airconditioning was really comfortable and I really enjoyed cooling down in the pool since I was heavily pregnant during our stay :) I honestly don’t have anything bad to say about this place and hope to be back one day! I miss it already :(

This is by far the best hotel in Genova! A beautifully restored Palazzo with great attention to detail…..Everything is done with impeccable taste and quality. The staff are attentive, personable and make your stay extremely comfortable! The two reception staff are especially fantastic!!! If your budget allows, I would highly recommend staying at Palazzo Durazzo!

REALLY nice location! I Booked the appartment for a short stay in Genova. The appartment was super nice, clean, big and with a wonderfull panorama over the city and the harbour! The owner contacted me immediately after the booking with detailed instructions how to get there and how to obtain the key. He was super friendly, asked about our needs and so on. I'm glad to have found that appartment. If i return somedays to Genova, i hope that i can get that Appartment again! Thank you =)

We were moved to Hotel Savoia and were very satisfied. Kind stuff, good breakfast, nice hotel and very good location. There is a lot to see in Genova,we had a wonderful time there.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable, from the beds, walls, smell etc. They offered drinks and snacks which is Very thoughful of them after an exhausting and hot summer day. The rooms were cleaned on a daily basis. We enjoyed the swimming pool and the Jacuzzi too. The receptionists were exeptional. I loved the walls; Very calming colors. I strongly recommend this hotel. It's in the heart of Genova and everything is at a walking distance. You'll never regret booking it.

Hotel was 5 stars nothing to complain or that we would have missed. So clean room made our stay wonderfull. And the view!!! Hotel restaurants were all so good. One of the best hotels we have stayed, we will come back for sure!
