This is a gorgeous hotel! Great design details everywhere. Rooftop pool, loungers and views were a lovely bonus. Fabulous breakfasts to linger over. Excellent quiet location in the heart of everything there is to see and do. A perfect base for exploring Lecce and for adventures in the region. A 3 night minimum stay recommended. Do not hesitate to book this little gem.

Palazzo Maresgallo is full of beautiful, objects and works of art dutifully chosen by the owners. Elegant and full of taste. Breakfast was delicious and varied, offered in a unique setting. A very warm welcome by the staff who could not do enough to look after our family. The rooms were beautiful and spacious and the breakfast was excellent. It was great for families as our room had a third bed on a mezzanine. The location was very close to the centre of Lecce with all the bars and restaurants a short stroll away. And they took our car away and brought it back whenever we wanted to use it. A perfect stay.

Beautiful and spotless apartment, with lots of little extras like tea and coffee machine, safe, toiletries, extra pillows and a separate dressing area. Perfect location, no more than a 5 - 10 minute stroll to everything we wanted to see and do. Our room was upgraded because a better room was available (which was very very generous!). The room was 1st floor, accessed by a lift and had two balconies! There was a cleaning service alternate days and the host was really responsive via WhatsApp if we needed anything. With the windows open, the noise of the restaurant in the square below was fairly loud but the glazing was great and we heard nothing with them closed. Air con worked though took a long time to cool the space.

Luca war terrific and most helpful and made our stay a wonderful experience. Breakfast was splendid and rich, the coffee was great too. The garden and greenery are a nice touch and it keeps the area cooler than the rest of Lecce in the summer heat. Pool was well kept and clean.
