Very simple process to pickup the key. The host provided all the information in advance clearly. The apartment is in ground floor and with elderly people within our group was perfect. We loved the place and location. Very picturesque, good view, the interior of the flat is nice. There are kitchen facilities--you can cook; there is tea and coffee, honey, etc. The bathroom is very nice and clean. Bedrooms are also neat and tidy.
