This hotel is amazing. Breathtaking views with high quality service. I enjoyed the pool. It has a parking for free that’s it’s necessary for traveling at this part of Italy. Also hotel has own v-class if you want to have a driver. Recommend it, definitely yes!

beautiful hotel. all the staff were very welcoming, helpful and friendly. Rooms were cleaned and towels were changed every day. we had a balcony room with a beautiful view of the sea and boats. a great place to have a quiet and relaxing holiday. the beach is stoney so you need flip flops or swimming shoes. you can hire a bed on the beach for €10 for the day and it’s well worth it. Great restaurants and cafes nearby. the resort is a bit out of the way if you want to sightsee, but the bus service is pretty good. There is a direct bus service to Sorrento a few times a day. The bus and train are so cheap, €1.40 from Nerano to Sorrento by bus. would highly recommend this resort. Jennie and her colleagues in the restaurant were so helpful and greeted us every morning like old friends.

The Bellavista Francischiello offers unique, panoramic views of the Bay of Naples and Capri. In the countryside between Massa Lubrense and Sorrento, it features a rooftop pool.

Great pool and bar. Very helpful staff. Great facilities for weddings or celebrations. Fantastic views from all the rooms and very reasonably priced.

The hotel has an excellent location, right on the main street just a few meters from all the attractions and the elevator to access the beaches. The host is very attentive and helpful, always willing to assist with our requests and replied quickly. The room is spacious and exactly as shown in the photos. The Wi-Fi works very well and there is complimentary coffee and tea available 24 hours a day. The only comment is that the room cleaning service was not done during the 4 nights we stayed there. However, when we asked for clean towels and toilet paper, they were provided immediately. Perhaps we should have requested the cleaning instead of assuming it would be done automatically. Overall, the experience was very good and we would definitely come back without hesitation! Thank you, Gennaro, for your kind attention!

Eduardo the owner was wonderful and welcoming. The view is amazing and facilities are relaxing. Restaurant was delicious and reasonable, the staff was wonderful. Would definitely stay there again. Perfect for families and singles alike.
