The breakfast and lunch were absolutely incredible—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The pools were spotless and so relaxing, and the entire property was beautifully maintained. The gardens and grounds are truly stunning. But what stood out most was the kindness and attentiveness of the staff—genuinely warm and thoughtful service that made the stay even more special.

This apartment is over the top amazing!!!! Huge. Comfortable. Great location and super stylish. It is one of the nicest places we've stayed during our month long trip in Italy. Good breakfast provided at a nearby bar. Our host Angelo went above and beyond to accomodate our early arrival. Communication was prompt and helpful. Everything was great. We would give 11/10 if we could.

I loved the hotel facilities and the size of the room on the ground floor, which allowed me to see all the beautiful surroundings. The breakfast was great, and the restaurant area is gorgeous. The hotel staff are nice, and it's important for them to provide the best stay!

Exceptional accommodation in a historic house where Pope Innocenzo VIII stayed. Every detail is taken care of in the house. I really liked how the lady owner was able to give new life to old things. It’s hard to put into words how beautiful the breakfast was and how professional it was laid out in our very own sitting room. The host delivered our breakfast quietly while were while we were still asleep and when we woke up, they delivered our coffee. Everything was perfection From the yogurt to the fluffy omelette and the Molton chocolate muffin .

The hotel is located in an excellent location—on one hand, it is far and quiet, and on the other hand, it is just a 2-minute drive from Terme dei Papi and 7 minutes from the city center of Viterbo. The staff is wonderful and helpful, starting with Aurelia at the reception who does everything to answer and assist, continuing with Roberta who is responsible for the dining room in the morning and takes care of every need, and finally, Sofia at the restaurant in the evening who ensures we feel like royalty at dinner. The hotel’s restaurant is excellent, and everything is in good taste. Most importantly, the place is quiet and peaceful, allowing one to simply be there and forget about the daily hustle and bustle. I have no doubt that we will return.
