    It is the second time I have visited this beautiful hotel. From the moment of arrival you are welcomed, you are relaxed and looked after so well. It us the perfect place to unwind, reset and enjoy this beautiful part of Italy. Thank you to Emanuele especially - she made out 1st trip so special and this one again too. The wonderful Spa Manager helped my daughter with some beneficial treatments for her hay fever. We enjoyed wonderful treatments. The Breakfast, beautiful rooms, wonderful friendly staff - everything is exceptional. Thank you 🤩

    We were given a large room with 2 balconies! The room had a walk-in wardrobe and 2 armchairs giving us another place to relax other than the comfy bed. The thermal bath & saunas were perfect after a long day in Venice. The close proximity to the train station allowed us to reach Venice in about an hour. They also had a Tesla destination charger that could be used for 30€ per session. The breakfast spread was quite good including 1 warm dish for Vegan guests as well :)

    Random choice of location and hotel on a business trip. However, I was very surprised by the quality of the breakfast, the great choice, the free access to the spa. Pools with thermal water and saunas. Room was clean, bed comfortable, I can't complain. Parking on the premises of the hotel free and without problems. The hotel is very well equipped for active sports activities.

    The hotel itself is beautiful. Classy but affordable. The terme pools are quite large and have a diverse assortment of therapies. The Nero Spa was so relaxing and my husband and I could have spent more time here. Several different saunas, steam rooms, and sensory areas. We also paid to have all 3 meals included in our stay and the food was amazing. The wines we tried were all excellent. The hotel also had a live pianist and harp player at different meals. The experience was all around incredible!

    The hotel is beautiful with great atmosphere and style, the lobby is amazing with beautiful chandeliers, very welcoming and friendly staff. Free parking, available wellness, pools, with spa procedures. Sustainable hotel, with large breakfast room, big room with newly decorated bathroom with free toiletries, air conditioning in all premises, big restaurant in the ground floor. Garden surrounding the hotel is magnificent with cicadas.

    This hotel is our favourite! Great place to relax! fantastic breakfasts! Enjoyable spa, good service at the poolside bar and the hotel in general! ( finally a hotel where there is no fighting over lounge chairs! Covered parking ! E-bikes available at reception for enjoyable excursions around the hotel !

    Very nice spa hotel, exceptionally close [walking distance] to the train station. Despite its closeness to the train station, the room was VERY quiet [even with the porch door open]. The swimming pools are exceptional. My wife enjoyed her massage at the spa facility. Breakfast was ample with many selections, and dinner in the dining room was very nice. Nice grounds for walking.

    It was a recreational trip and I stayed at the hotel most of the time and I totally loved it! Food: is the highlight of the trip. I had breakfast and dinner, and everything was so unbelievably tasty! Pools, saunas and wellness: are the second highlight of the trip. All very clean and comfortable: soothing thermal water, aromatic hammam, professional massages. Will additionally mention the staff everywhere in the hotel: all very nice and friendly, very helpful and understanding, always smiling. They made this a great stay!
