Sadly I can't remember the name of the lady at reception, she was extremely kind, attentive and helpful! Especially with the parking, which can be tricky with a bigger car, but the fact that you're able to have your own place in this area is exceptional! The room was very clean, very well equipped, had a great garden on the ground floor.

Greif Hotel & Spa is set in the Barcola quarter. Facing the sea, it offers a terrace with spectacular views of the Gulf of Trieste. The spacious rooms come with free WiFi. Breakfast is buffet style.

The breakfasts were absolutely amazing!! delicious, varied, and with excellent service. The location is perfect, everything is nearby and the view from the window is truly inspiring. The hotel’s atmosphere is beyond expectations,the staff made our stay truly unforgettable!

This apartment is a very spacious flat, with two bathrooms. It was comfortable to stay, we had everything we needed in the little kitchen too (maybe a microwave would be nice to have). It was also clean and tidy. I liked that I can park my car in a safe place for free. Beach is close to the apartment, but to reach Trieste centrum, you need to drive, or take a bus (the bust stop is next to the apartment) so the location is very good too. We liked it very much, strongly recommended.

It’s hard to know where to start in describing this beautiful hotel. Its position is amazing with views over the sea out towards Slovenia and Croatia. The elegance and sophistication of the property were outstanding and it was so clean and well kept. Our room, an upgrade with double balcony, was superb. No:403. Stefano was charming and very helpful as was Tommy in the breakfast area who couldn’t do enough to help. Parking was good as were directions to the hotel. We stayed in January for two nights and loved it as we did Trieste. A fabulous, beautiful hotel.
