We liked everything, from breakfast, room to shuttle service. We choose to hire the shuttle service and it was amazing, even though our plane was delayed several times our driver was patiently waiting for us, we encourage to take this service because you will have no problems and the experience is great. This has been one of the most fantastic stays in our 20 years of travel. First of all, the flat is gorgeous, sparkling clean and well provisioned. We found in it coffee, tea, breakfast treats (croissants and other traditional sweets), and a souvenir. It was perfect! The bathroom had earbuds and other sanitary items, the tv had Netflix and Disney plus. The bed was very confortable. The area is quiet and private. Second, Carmé and his wife were incredibly friendly and helpful. When they found out I am pregnant, they went out of their way to make us feel happy, comfortable and welcomed. We loved it here and will come back to this amazing flat.

The hotel is conveniently located in a neighborhood easily accessible by taxi from Naples Central Station (maximum 20 minutes). As you approach the entrance, you'll notice the hotel sign with a doorbell, positioned at the bottom of the building. Finding the entrance can be a bit tricky, but by carefully observing the hallway, towards the back on the left, you'll discover the elevator that takes you to the main entrance on the second floor. The hotel is charming, with its well-maintained garden and rooms that provide all the comfort and aesthetics one would expect from an establishment of this standard. The breakfast is diverse, and the quality of the products is excellent. The team is incredibly friendly, attentive, helpful, and charming!

If you are considering staying here, go for it as you will not regret it. This was truly the best accommodation I have ever stayed in and exceeded my expectations ! Firstly, the room was amazing and I could not fault it. The jacuzzi sauna and steamroom were super clean, easy to use. The bed was sooo comfortable. At Napoli in relax the host really thought of all the small details. We were given coffee , waster, a bottle of bubbly, disposable toothbrushes, toiletries, slippers all included in the price. There was a smart TV with free access to Netflix. I thought this was amazing value for money. You receive a night in a private spa for the price of a hotel room. The host was so helpful and accommodating. They contacted me on WhatsApp minutes after I made my reservation and gave me clear instructions on checking in and the facilities and was at hand for anything that wr needed. I am absolutely blown away by how amazing this experience was. 12/10 !!!!

The whole experience was very comforting and the staff were lovely people! Everything was quiet and relaxing. The breakfast was very nice. The hospitality was exceptional, I was not only allowed a free late check-out, but was gifted a drink, and assisted when I forgot my valuables in the room.
