The place is new, clean and very cozy. You have everything you need both in the hotel and around you (great location). We booked two nights here before and after a cruise - perfect place since it’s very near to the port (walkable) and also around only 15 min from the airport (there are shuttles). Staff was incredibly kind and friendly, also fluent in English. They gave us tips on places and restaurants to visit, and helped us with booking a taxi back to the airport since we had an early flight. Breakfast is included during your stay and it’s very fresh, tasty and accompanied by amazing coffee. Definitely recommend the place!

Francesco proved to be an excellent host. Immediately available on the phone, he waited for us until late in the evening because of the train delay. The b&b is at few steps from Toledo metro Stop. The room is large, with an incredible spa hub, new, comfortable very clean. Breakfast excellent in the bar (50 meters from the b&b).

The building is magnificant, with an authentic Italian exterior and superb modern fit out internallly. The room was very spacious with antique furnishings & high ceilings. Fabulous view over a crowded plaza but very well sound proofed. Very comfortable in every respect! top rating
