The place is new, clean and very cozy. You have everything you need both in the hotel and around you (great location). We booked two nights here before and after a cruise - perfect place since it’s very near to the port (walkable) and also around only 15 min from the airport (there are shuttles). Staff was incredibly kind and friendly, also fluent in English. They gave us tips on places and restaurants to visit, and helped us with booking a taxi back to the airport since we had an early flight. Breakfast is included during your stay and it’s very fresh, tasty and accompanied by amazing coffee. Definitely recommend the place!

Francesco proved to be an excellent host. Immediately available on the phone, he waited for us until late in the evening because of the train delay. The b&b is at few steps from Toledo metro Stop. The room is large, with an incredible spa hub, new, comfortable very clean. Breakfast excellent in the bar (50 meters from the b&b).

This has been one of the most fantastic stays in our 20 years of travel. First of all, the flat is gorgeous, sparkling clean and well provisioned. We found in it coffee, tea, breakfast treats (croissants and other traditional sweets), and a souvenir. It was perfect! The bathroom had earbuds and other sanitary items, the tv had Netflix and Disney plus. The bed was very confortable. The area is quiet and private. Second, Carmé and his wife were incredibly friendly and helpful. When they found out I am pregnant, they went out of their way to make us feel happy, comfortable and welcomed. We loved it here and will come back to this amazing flat.

Honestly, we booked this hotel not knowing much about Naples (location) nor the hotel. It is a bit hidden but what a lovely property. A hotel with a total boutiquey vibe. The most outstanding thing about the property was the staff. They went over and beyond to make our trip comfortable, fun and convenient. The rooms were, in my opinion, high end. The dining area and courtyard were so quaint. Products in the room were high quality. Loved that we had a small terrace/door to open and hear the sounds of the street below. The staff had to be one of the best we've run into in awhile. Check-in was flawless, setup private transfers and cabs for us that were right on time, helped with various recommendations for food, cocktails etc. Not one negative about this place. Highly recommend it to others and would definitely stay here again if in the area.

The room was great, clean and comfortable. Facilities were fantastic - great value for money. We had a contact person who helped us out with any queries/issues. Room was cleaned every day. We were supplied with snacks and water and a mini fridge.

Location: Not far from the city center very close to the metro station, couple of meters. The breakfast was good, fresh croissants in the morning, Lucia even bought ham & eggs which is not a usual breakfast food in Italy. There was a lot of jam, nutella, biscuits, fruit. She even told us we could take from the biscuits and food during the day. There is a coffee machine for making espressos. The bathroom was outside the room, but it was only for us (not shared). Advantage was that we were alone in the accommodation therefore it was very quiet. The accommodation has couple of rooms and a shared kitchen with dining tables. The accommodation was as described, the room has enough space.
