Spa Hotels in Orta San Giulio

The location is so central, and gorgeous. We jumped off the hotel dock into the lovely, clear lake to swim. The hotel has a labyrinth of interesting rooms, with furnishings which are traditional and full of character. The staff were so helpful and friendly. The grape vines over the lower terrace roof add charm, and the upper terraces offer good sunbathing spots.

Everything! Would have enjoyed a fitness room

The location, the appartment, the breakfast and the massages, all was above expectations. We were welcomed by Monica, who was always avaiable during our stay. Helped by good weather we enjoyed the terrace and seating arrangements. The proposed restaurant was indeed easily reachable and very nice as well. All and all a super experience!

The Approdo is superbly located by the Cinderella lake, Lago D’Orta. Rooms are clean, comfortable, quiet and the staff very helpful. The Buffet breakfast catered for all nationalities with a great choice of food. Staff at the pool shack made an iced espresso that kept the energy levels up. Can’t fault this property.

This place is a work of art, sitting in the warm outdoor Jacuzzi in the evening was unreal.

The property is unique. A villa converted into hotel rooms. I believe it was recently converted as everything was very shiny and new. The location is spectacular. It is in the middle of the city however you do have to hike up to it. The parking was very convenient and safe and we did get help with our luggage walking up from the parking area to the property. The rooftop pool was a huge bonus. Very peaceful and the view!!! Communication with Alessio was really very good. He helped with booking a restaurant, carried bags up, gave good check-in and arrival information. We felt like we knew him before we even arrived. Depiste the warm weather we were able to sleep very well with the windows open as there was always a lovely cross-breeze. No need for air-conditioning. The bed was very comfortable and all the linens very good quality. We shall most definately return

Beautiful villa in serene location

The Lago Maggiore remains one of the most unsettling places in Europe. Isola Bella stands as a jewel of architecture, dreamlike, suspended, half-composed of hanging gardens illuminated by roses and blue peacocks. The gate opens, your car slowly drives down a gravel driveway, shaded by century-old trees, and the house appears, poised, facing a breathtaking scenery. The architectural terrace, overhanging, offers you this incredible view that you can enjoy from different perspectives, sitting on a bench, or in armchairs, hammocks or smiling blissfully in the modern outdoor jacuzzi. All the facilities are top of the line and explained by Sylvia in detail upon your arrival. Like on a ‘Carte du Tendre’, you can pick shady or sunny spots, isolated or close by, but always carefully thought out. The private wellness room on the ground floor includes all instruments and accessories: saunas, tropical showers, elliptical bike, massage chairs, etc. Later, going up to the small perched space that is dedicated to you (as long as you want to spend an exceptional moment, put the cursor at the maximum), you will find yourself in the middle of the vegetation, still enjoying the view, grandiose, from a small chalet, in a bright space optimized with taste. A fire in the wood stove, two flutes of Prosecco and gentle music will follow. A house designed by an Italian composer in a heavenly garden, pointing at the Borromean Islands with your loved one … if you’re romantic, what are you waiting for? Michel et Carine.
