The room was spotless, everything in perfect condition, new or very well maintained. The room were spacious, with everything anyone needs: full kitchen, refrigerator, cookware and even high quality wine glasses. I had an amazing mountain view from my room, the location is perfect, all restaurants and interesting places a walking distance from apartment, both ski lifts a comfortable walking distance from building, and closed underground parking. The location is so convent I never had to take car out of parking lot even once - I went everywhere on foot or went skiing from Ortisei lifts (including to Sellaronda). Also I want to mention great spa facilities, with two traditional dry saunas, wet hamam, hot tub, IR room and very nice relaxation area, which was just perfect after a long day of skiing. The host, Monika was great, very accommodating and proving a ton of useful information about places, skiing in the area, transportation and so on. Her hospitality alone is a big reason to choose this place. Overall it is cozy, modern and well maintained place, a great place to stay and head above other hotels I stayed in this area.

I can't say enough good things about this hotel! It was easy to get to, very clean, the staff was great, wonderful breakfast, free spa, and they had excursions/activities everyday that were either free or at a reduced price. We did an ebike tour that was half the advertised price.

The hotel was just perfect, the staff was extremely hospitable, food in the hotel satisfied all our needs, the shuttle bus was organized as per our needs to go on the ski slopes. Also we were walking distance from the centre of Oristei.

It is nice hotel! The view is breathtaking! Breakfast is really good and they offer variety of food. I like mountains so location is great for me. They offer free bus tickets to go to town center.
