    Almost everything was genuienly fantastic, whether you wanted a relaxing break or one filled with activities, the hotel is great for both. The rooms are fantastic, the sustainable soaps are a very nice touch, the gym and spa facilities were fantastic also. The restaurant and bar were great, on both food and drink. The club sandwich at the bar was particularaly good.

    Beautiful and comfortable house with fully equipped kitchen, We especially enjoyed the spa with sauna and hot tube on the terrace. The host is friendly and helpful -we all felt welcomed, including our 4-year old, who appreciated the little slippers and bathrobe set prepared for her, as well as board games available on site. There was absolutely nothing we could complain about.

    Spa facilities and the ambience in the hotel is really made to help you relax and destress. Buffet breakfast was amazing and lots of options for a good breakfast. Best hotel I have been in with also good value for money.

    The accommodation definitely exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend it!!! The host was very friendly and supportive. He knows the region well and can provide great recommendations for things to do. The breakfast was delicious with a broad selection of breads, cheeses, sausage, muesli, fruits and sweet dishes to satisfy every taste!!! The spa was great and not busy, which helped to relax at the end of a strenuous hiking day. Laundry was for free - which we definable did not expect. Overall a great stay in a great place 👍.

    Beautiful location and the perfect hotel for the chance to relax and unwind. The hotel spa had everything we needed and we made regular use of the facility to rest weary limbs after enjoying some of the incredible cycle routes and sight-seeing walks in the vicinity. We'd also been well catered for at breakfast thanks to plenty of variety and the hotel's attentive staff.

    Very generous and delicious breakfast buffet. We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel and I think it got better over the week, with consistent quality and enough variety to keep it interesting. Staff were lovely, multilingual and helpful. Relaxed atmosphere was perfect for our kids and the pool setup was a highlight for them. Adults loved the sauna / spa / relaxation area too. Ski boot room was convenient and comfortable - a short walk from the gondola.

    Beautiful accommodation on the hill in the village of San Vigilio overlooking the center and the slopes. The perfect starting point for visiting Kronplatz, the ski bus stop is a few meters from the hotel. The hotel also has a hot tub and sauna, which is a great way to relax after skiing. Rich breakfast, there is also a great pizzeria nearby. The service is nice and helpful.
